My name is Georgia Bowers & I am the owner of New Beginning Lifestyle Consultancy & Health Spa Close Corporation.

I obtained my pharmacy degree at the University of Port Elizabeth (now called Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University) in 1996. I have a wealth of experience since I have worked in all sectors of the pharmaceutical industry, but my greatest experience is in the Community sector.

The Close Corporation was registered in 2009 and I have been growing the business since then.

With the fast pace of life, pressures at work, striving to find that work-home balance, poor diet and lack of exercise all leads to increased stress levels and ultimately to chronic lifestyle disease such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, etc.

It is here where I have discovered the need in the market for lifestyle education & counselling – the “birth” of New Beginning - nota bene the latin term for take note... because you ARE important!
